Engage an HVAC vendor or house fan specialist to install a whole house fan.
Recommendation:
Belt driven, 2-speed or variable speed and WHF shall have insulated covers or louvers which close when the fan is off. Covers of louvers shall have a minimum insulation value of R-4.2
